We offer FREE Shipping to USA, with tracking number included.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days (except weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation by email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Once your payment is received, your order is immediately forwarded to our shipping house for processing.

Delivery Periods
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in multiple shipments unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery times are determined by the different items.
Unfortunately, delivery to pack stations or post numbers is currently not possible. Please note that we cannot make any changes or cancellations after the order has been placed. Once the order has arrived, please contact us at info@nilnook.com if you have any questions.
Delayed or Lost Orders
Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address when ordering, as we are not responsible for missing packages sent to the wrong address or that need to be left with a neighbor or in an outbuilding.
Any discrepancies regarding missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at info@nilnook.com. We can only refund or replace lost items 14 working days after the shipping date - at this point, the shipping service considers the items as lost.
Non-Received Shipments Shown as Delivered
This can occur when items are sent to workplaces. In some cases, your shipment may have been delivered to a postal station or a colleague within your company, and someone else has signed for it.
In these cases, you can request proof of delivery from the delivery service website by filling out a form to request a signature.
Please note that we do not refund or replace shipments that are considered delivered. For this reason, we always recommend having shipments delivered to a secure address.
Why Was My Order Canceled?
If your order was unexpectedly canceled, it's likely that our fraud filter has marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that this is not the case, please make sure that the billing address matches the payment method used and proceed to checkout again. Alternatively, please reorder using a PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com.
Additional Costs
Please note that we are not responsible for paying customs fees (import duties or taxes) on returns. You are responsible for all costs and fees associated with returning your order. We recommend that you return your order via a tracked shipping method or request proof of postal receipt, as we cannot refund lost returns.
